We accept payment through Paypal or credit card through Paypal guest method.


  1. After the order is completed, we do not accept changing the delivery address. Please make a note and confirm the shipping address after placing the order.
  2. After the product is shipped, we will send an email with the completed shipment to the customer's registered email address.
  3. The game console is free of shipping, and accessories require a shipping fee of $5.
  4. Orders sent to the United States will be shipped from our US warehouse, while other orders will be shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse.
  5. If you are not present at the time of delivery, items exceeding the storage period will be returned to the Neogeoarcade warehouse. In this case, additional shipping fees will be charged when resending.

Shipping to the United States:

The delivery date can be specified as 5 to 10 days after placing the order, excluding holidays and weekends.

Shipping to other countries:

The expected delivery date is around 10 to 20 working days after placing the order, excluding holidays and weekends.

The delivery date and time shall be based on the local post office delivery date and time.


Cancel and return

  1. Cancellation after shipment completion is not accepted.
  2. If the item is damaged or you receive a different item from the order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.Please attach your name, product status, and an image confirming the product status, and then contact us. We will review the content and provide a response.
