RETURN POLICY

If the customer's order has not yet been shipped, you can send a request to our customer service team via email support@neogeoarcade.com to obtain a full refund.

If you wish to return the entire order, we are happy to accept the return of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective products purchased on our website for a refund or exchange.

Here's what to do:

1.The item must be returned together with the original packaging, instructions, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

2.The received item should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

3.Before the process returns, send an email to support@neogeoarcade.com Create Request.

4.If the product is DOA or shipped incorrectly, NEOGEOARCADE will bear all shipping costs.For all other return situations, the staff will charge you the actual expenses incurred.

5.Continue and send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the returned package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.


Once the returned items are returned to our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
