Our shipping methods include UPS, DE express, 4PX express, UBI, and FEDEX, etc.
The game console will be free shipping, while we will charge a small shipping fee for accessories. Please check the shipping fee table below.
Once we get your order, we will arrange the shipment within 24 business hours, with the most effective shipping method according to the products and his/her country! We will always provide a tracking number for customers via email after shipment.
Delivery Date
Shipping to the United States:
The delivery date can be specified from 5 days to 10 days after the order is placed, except holidays and weekends.
Shipping to other countries:
The delivery date is estimated to around 8~20 business days after the order is placed, except holidays and weekends.
Note: The delivery date and time is based on the delivery date and time of the local postal office. During the special period, the delivery date varies based on real circumstances.

Shipment of Pre-orders
For pre-sale product, unfortunately, we only accept cancellation in the first 7-day from the purchase date. Please note this situation before making a pre-order.
Pre-orders will be shipped out in 48 hours according to the order placing time as soon as the first batch arrives.

1 、Can I change the shipping address or cancel my order?
For pre-order(MVSX), sorry that we only accept cancellation in the first 7-day from the purchase date. Contact service@neogeoarcade.com immediately if you need to change the shipping address.
2、Do I need to pay the shipping fee?
Free shipping to the USA. For other countries, the shipping cost of per MVSX arcade--$49.99; the shipping cost of per combo--$74.98; the shipping fee of per base --$24.99.
3、When can I get a tracking number?
All orders will be processed after full payment is received. You will receive a shipment confirmation email about your order details and tracking information once your item ships.
